Reminders:

We hope your days are filled with good health, good friends and lots of happiness. We look forward to seeing you out and about in our community this year.

Just a few reminders to keep our community safe for all:

  • Please adhere to the posted speed limit of 12 mph.

  • Please come to a full stop at all stop signs.

  • Please use caution entering our development off of 322, as a pedestrian walkway is close to our entrance.

  • Please do not park in our streets. The streets are not wide enough to have emergency vehicles pass parked cars on the streets, resulting in loss of time to the emergency situation or loss of property due to damaged vehicles.

  • Please use the overflow parking area for parking when your driveway is fully occupied.

  • Please do not dispose of dog waste in the trash can available in the mail house. This trash can is for junk mail disposal.

Questions and concerns can be directed to any of your HOA committee members.

Community Events

From fun holiday celebrations to HOA meetings to projects like building the swing set, we come together for a variety of events throughout the year to strengthen our sense of community.

Volunteer Opportunities

We are always looking for volunteers to help with various initiatives, such as watering the flowers, helping neighbors wheel out their trash cans, and more. Contact us to learn how you can get involved.
