Just a few reminders to keep our community safe for all:

Please adhere to the posted speed limit of 12 mph.
Please come to a full stop at all stop signs.
Please use caution entering our development off of 322, as a pedestrian walkway is close to our entrance.
Please do not park in our streets. The streets are not wide enough to have emergency vehicles pass parked cars on the streets, resulting in loss of time to the emergency situation or loss of property due to damaged vehicles.
Please use the overflow parking area for parking when your driveway is fully occupied.
Please do not dispose of dog waste in the trash can available in the mail house. This trash can is for junk mail disposal.

Questions and concerns can be directed to any of your HOA committee members.

We all do our best to look out for one another to keep our community safe and secure. For example, we respect the stop signs and ensure no children are in harm's way near a vehicle. Learn more about how you can get involved and make a difference in our neighborhood.

From fun holiday celebrations to HOA meetings to projects like building the swing set, we come together for a variety of events throughout the year to strengthen our sense of community.
